Really nice example of the Pemberton Park Lane, built by Pemberton Leisure Homes. It’s a spacious 40 x 14 model with a warm, cosy cottage feel throughout.

The lounge is bright and airy thanks to the front patio doors, and there are also side patio doors which let in plenty of extra light. It’s a great space whether you’re relaxing or having people over.

There are 2 bedrooms – one double and one twin. The main bedroom has its own en-suite, and there’s also a main bathroom with a bath, which is a nice bonus compared to a lot of similar caravans.

It’s got central heating and double glazing, so it’s comfortable all year round, plus good insulation. The high ceilings in the living area make it feel more open than your average holiday home.

Overall, it’s a solid, well-built caravan with a homely feel – ideal if you want something a bit more comfortable than the standard models.
