01

Five-page website

£1,250

Fits Trades, practices, makers, clubs, and private projects that need a proper presence and a way to be contacted.

  • Up to five designed pages
  • Layouts for phone and desktop
  • A contact form that stores the enquiry
  • Room for your words and pictures
  • Editing for the text you will want to change
  • Page titles and descriptions set for search

  • Launch and a short handover

02

Ecommerce

£2,950

A marketing site plus a shop: products, a basket, and card checkout, sized for a range you can run yourself.

Fits Makers, delis, outfitters, and other shops with a focused catalogue rather than a warehouse.

03

Larger ecommerce

Fits Established shops, wholesalers selling online, and brands with hundreds of products.

  • Search, filters, and collections
  • Customer accounts and order history
  • Discount codes

04

Custom website

From £3,500

Bookings, memberships, portals, calculators, archives, or a mix. The scope is written first, then the price is fixed to that scope.

Fits Anything that does not fit the three packages above, including a single landing page or a private tool.

  • A written scope before we build
  • Bookings, memberships, portals, calculators, or archives
  • PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript where a page has to do more than display
  • Logins and roles when the project needs them
  • A payment, email, or calendar tool you already use, where it helps
  • Handover for the people who will run it
  • The code is yours

How a job is paid.

Half the quoted price is paid before the build starts. The balance is paid before launch. If the brief changes, the quote changes in writing before the extra work starts. If you stop the project, you pay for the work already done, and you keep what has been finished.

Questions

Do you build WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce?

No. We do not build WordPress, other CMS websites, Shopify, or WooCommerce. Everything we build is custom, to the specification we agree with you, in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. Text, pictures, and product details that need to change stay editable. That editing is part of the site, not a theme installed on a platform.

How long does a build take?

A five-page site is usually three to five weeks. A shop is often four to seven. A large catalogue is often eight to twelve. Custom work is timed in the quote. Those ranges assume we have your words and pictures when the design starts, and that feedback comes back within a few days.

Are the prices fixed?

The figures on this page are typical starting prices for the scope written beside them. You receive a quote for your project before any build starts. If the brief changes, the quote changes in writing. We do not start the extra work first and invoice it afterwards.

Do I own the site?

Yes. You own the pages, the content, and the code we write for you. Hosting can be in your name. You are not locked into a page builder account that we control.

Can I edit it afterwards?

Yes. Text and pictures that should change are editable without opening the code. Product prices, if you have a shop, are editable too. We show you how during handover.

Who do you work with?

Companies, sole traders, shops, charities, clubs, and private individuals. A website does not need to be for a business. If the project is clear, we can usually take it on.

What do you need from me?

A conversation about what the site must do, any logo and colours you already use, and the facts only you know: prices, hours, names, places. You do not need to arrive with finished copy. We will tell you which sentences are missing.

What if I only need one page?

Say so. A single page is scoped as a smaller custom job, not forced into the five-page package.

Will you tell me if I should not commission you?

Yes. If a simple builder, a social account, or a change to the site you already have would do the job, we will say that before you spend the money.
